Hi. Good evening. May I ask, when will be the Echo dot of the 5th generation supported? What is planned? I can’t add these 5th generation devices at the moment. Thx for your help Robert ---

Hi, try using the experimental Alexa app ([Amazon Alexa App for Homey | Homey](https://homey.app/en-gb/app/com.amazon.alexa/Amazon-Alexa/test/)). When adding the Alexa device, select experimental and see if it finds your device. ---

I really don’t recommend doing that, next release your device and flows are likely to stop working. ---

I’m trying to add my **Echo Dot 5th Generation** to my Homey Pro (2023) but it doesn’t seem to be fully supported yet. The Homey Amazon Alexa app doesn’t recognize the device properly. Does anyone know if there’s an update planned or a workaround to get the Echo Dot 5th Gen working with Homey? Thanks in advance for any insights!
