hello my name is Kit, love the homey pro, everything work great untill yesterday firmware update to V12.2.0 12 of my motion sensor stop working. aqara FP2 connect with homekit app. I also tried uninstall and reinstall homekit app. still not work. Could you help me downgrade to stable V12.1.2 please. I tried local backup with USB and factory reset it still stuck on V12.2.0 I also tried these step but I can’t get homey pro to show SSID if I can get homey pro to show SSID I belive I can downgrade with [setup.athom.com](http://setup.athom.com) 1.Checked in homey developer that experimental tab ticked off 2.Checked in Homey app that all experimental ticks are off and ticked of automatic update. 3. Chrome web browser open [setup.athom.com](http://setup.athom.com) , proced until when need to connect to Homey setup SSID 4.Turned homey upp and down, count from 10-0 , connected to Homey setup SSID. 5.Now i made choice of Dont connect an athom account with ALT button option. please help Thank you ---

I just want to inform you this is veeeeery old information, also it was only for Pro 2016-2019 series, but even that has changed. At the support pages, enter 2023 along with your search phrase to get actual info.
