Hallo,

funktioniert bei euch die Doorbird App?  
Bei mir leider nicht.

Fehlermeldung ist: Could Not find that PairSession.

Hat jemand einen Tipp?

Don’t copy and paste the username and password but type them in.

Wie bei vielen Apps gibt’s für die Doorbird App einen eigenen Forums Thread. Darin wird es sicherlich eine Anleitung, oder zumindest Hilfe bei der Einrichtung geben:

I had the same issue despite the user was having the required API operator rights. It seems that exact error “Could Not find that PairSession” is actually not comming from the Doorbird app, but from the Homey app when it is minimized/ in split-screen mode (on a tablet).

For me, it helped to copy the password into the clipboard BEFORE adding the device. On login, I entered the user name manually and pasted the password in.
