# Doorbell

Seen a blog from Athom where they use a cheap doorbell, pick up the signal and register the doorbel. No way i can find the function for doorbel. Where do i start? Add device and than? I can only pick IR, ZigBee or Zwave.

Hello, i am using nexa lmlt 710/711 for this! It cost about 8 eur here in Sweden. When someone press the doorbell i get a push notification from homey to my iPhone, homey also play a sound and say that someone is ringning at the door. Works everytime 🙂

I am using the aqara mini switch 7 euro (ali), When someone press the doorbell i get a push notification and photo via synology nas from homey to my phone and play a doorbell sound. works everytime.

I let my google speakers play an online MP3 file "ding dong 😛 " But it has some delay…  
Can I play a doorbell sound on the homey without internet connection?
