Wie ist das eigentlich rechtlich genau, wenn man Waren z.B. über Ali innerhalb der EU bestellt (Z.B. Lieferung aus Belgien)? Dann kann ich doch davon ausgehen, dass die bei Einfuhr bereits besteuert/verzollt sind?

Solange das Land in der EU ist, sollte das kein Problem sein.

Gehe ich auch von aus, und deshalb werden sich die Nicht-EU-Länder vermutlich drauf einstellen.  
Mag sein das die Waren dann trotzdem etwas teurer werden, dafür sind sie aber auch in 2-3 Tagen da.
