# Develco plug - problem turning off

Hi, I have a problem. I have five Develco ZigBee plugs. After adding them to HomeyPro via the standard ZigBee controller, as well as through the Develco or friend plug app, they automatically turn off. Is there any way to fix this? The device history says the app has turned the device off.
