# Deebot omni x1 not weting floor

Hi, my deebot omni x1 doesnt mop the floor. The mops are running but it doesn’t wet the floor. Its only a month old. Can anyone suggest what I should do

Hi,

Your question is purely related to the robot, not to its interface with Homey  
Unfortunately we are here not knowledgeable about all those devices in particular, only about thier interfacing with homey.  
Please have a look at a Deebot forum or contact the deebot support
