# Crash when I click on my name for the "presence" feature

Hi, I’m Andrea, I have a problem

Created new Advance flow: I clicked on my name for the “presence” function.

The process immediately crashes.

This only happens with flow advance and when I want to select a specific user to create my flows.

thanks for the help.  
Unfortunately the homey support service hasn’t responded to me for over a month.

Seems to be browser related. Tried it on iPad with a browser but not Safari and no problem.

So question is: which browser, what hardware and operating system was used?

Hello

I have the same problem at home and I also tried to contact the support and no answer, each time it sends me back to the forum but it’s a software problem. frankly no service for the moment from Homey…

Have you tried it with another browser?  
Please provide detailed information about your environment. Without it helping you is a bit tough.
