Hi, can someone help me to connect my lighting system(SG smart) with homey? The system is Bluetooth based and currently gathered in app called SG Smart. ---

It doesn’t look like there’s a Homey app for that brand, in which case you won’t be able to connect them with Homey. ---

hello all homey, I’m considering buying the new homey pro, but I would like to know first if there is a way to connect sg smart to homey, because I can’t find any information about it ---

If you have the [SG Smart Gateway](https://www.sg-as.com/products/smart-gateway) you can “homekit link” that via the Homey application “HomeKit Controller”. Just figured it out -Install the “homekit controller” app. -Go to add device, you will then find the SG bride -insert pin code that is on the underside of the SG bridge (along with the QR code) You now have the bridge, and can add devices to rooms as normal. -Add device -HomeKit -HomeKit IP -select device and add to room. ---

I have managed to add all my SG smart devices to Homey using this method, but I cant control any of them. Any tips? ---

You can try to restart the app. I have to do that from time to time. I’m not suer if it’s the app or the bridge, but something freezes sometimes. ---

Not several times a day, but several times a week maybe. I have had none since I deactivated the timer schedules in the SG app a few days ago when I left for the holiday. I have not found a way to make a flow that auto restarts the app when this occurs, but that could be an easy fix. Restart every hour might be another possibility if you have this problem that often. I have 15 lights / sockets, and two switches. It would be interesting to know if more units make the problem appear more often, or if it it is a hub or app problem. ---
