Seems like Panasonic added the option for the same ID to be used for different devices, which solved the problem of using multiple devices within Homey. ---

Is it possible to add all control options as ‘then’ flow cards? Like: - Air Direction - Eco mode - Operation Modes (Dry, Heat, Cool, Fan) - Fan Speed - Fan Auto Mode @lumin ---

I while ago i got my hp23 and the panasonic confort cloud app isn’t working. My airco’s can’t be added also tried if there is a test version of the app. The only thing I hope is the community app store is working soon so I can install the alternative app which was working perfect all the time. During winter i don’t use the airco’s. ---

Thank you @Robert_Elbertse - got it working using the Alternative app. It was actually a very seamless process! The only thing I couldn’t figure out was getting an alternative user setup properly in Panasonic Comfort Cloud. I got the account setup but trying to re-add the units to the second user account just kept timing out, what a pain! Let’s hope my account doesn’t get blocked. Thanks heaps. ---

Sorry, your post is from early 2021, but still. How managed to create a second account with Panasonic Cloud? In Homey worked the app ones, however to this time it fails… Thank in advanced, Niels ---

Just recently got this Panasonic HP, with build in WIFI. The Panasonic Cloud APP works just fine, but the Homey App, not so much. I can tell that this has been an ongoing topic - but do anyone have a present status. Is there only the Github method - if so, does anyone have a procedure 4 dummies ? 🙂 Will it work via infrared? Or is the only solution a TADO heatpump bridge? It seems at bit odd, as my Panasonic already holds a build in WIFI. I am looking forward to a status, and even more for a solution. ---

I’ve just installed two **Panasonic** heat pumps **model CS-Z25ZKEW + CS-TZ35ZKEW** and followed the recommendation to create a separate Panasonic ID for Homey use. I’ve rebooted the HP23 after installing the Version 1.4.0 app, still Homey can’t see the to heat pumps when I attempt to add them. There is no error message, the Homey app accepts the username and PW with no problem and when adding the heat pumps, Homey just states “no new device found”. Can it really be true no prober solution has been found? ---

I just bought a TADO ac control v3. Its the sollution in hand. TADO and Panasonic works together professionaly for optimization on powerusage. It works perfectly in Homey. First flow was “begin heating at night when powercost i low”. ---
