Thanks! Yeah, I get that, but in the mean time you can use it already 😬  
I was triggered by _MQTT_ and this always works @ Homey.

BTW This €16 device also seems a nice presence sensor, supported by the ‘official’ [Sonoff app](https://homey.app/en-nl/app/tech.sonoff/SONOFF-Zigbee/):
