In the following :
const { Cluster} = require(‘zigbee-clusters’);

const { CLUSTER} = require(‘zigbee-clusters’);

Why Cluster and CLUSTER aren’t identical ??

`Cluster` is a class, `CLUSTER` is an object containing constants.

Perhaps not the best choice of naming, but OTOH they are in keeping with common JS conventions.
