I have a Cleverio RH/Temp sensor that should send a signal to a Zigbee socket to start a heater at a specified temperature. However, it seems that the signal from the Cleverio device is not being received, so the heater does not start. Are you aware of any issues with the Cleverio RH/Temp sensor in such a setu

Don’t you see the device and its temperature in the Homey app?
Just show your flow here, that might help to understand what the problem is.
And put a time line directly after the trigger card, so it is clear if the trigger is the problem.
