# Cant Pair Aqara M2 With Homey Pro 2026

Hi - looking for some help here. I had trouble with my Aqara sensors and switches that were paired directly to Homey Pro 2026, so i decided to get an Aqara M2 Hub to manage the devices and then connect the Hub to Homey via Matter.

However I have not been successful with pairing Homey with the M2 Hub. I did the usual of “add device” in Homey, selected matter and entered the pairing code from the Aqara home app.

I have tried adjusting my wifi settings (i.e. turning off 5Ghz etc) but nothing works. I dont see a similar topic here so this is probably an issue unique to my situation. Can I get some advice please? thanks
