# Can't login Smart Life

I have instslled the app but when I try to login It doesn’t work. Anybody solved the problem?

Hello Bluna, and welcome.

If you mean by “the app” the new Tuya app by Athom, then post your issue in the [appropriate app topic](https://community.homey.app/t/tuya-has-officially-joined-the-talks-with-homey-program/106779) please;  
Also please give us a little [more info](https://community.homey.app/t/welcome-to-the-forum/31) to work with.  
“It doesn’t work” is not very much info, isn’t it?

Hint: use my.homey.app using Firefox on a PC, and try again.
