# Cannot copy-paste notifications in browser

Please upgrade de notifications screen so we can copy paste messages.  
I don’t understand why this is blocked.

Would be nice while e.g. debugging scripts.

Not sure what you mean, but I can copy / paste timeline notifications just fine

Thanks for testing and your reply.

I’ve also tried both Edge and Chrome on a Windows device, but both have the same issue.

Maybe because of the mouseover functionality to delete messages?

That sounds like a Chrome/Edge or Windows issue to me.  
My example uses a Android phone & Vivaldi browser.

Try triple click somewhere on a notification’s text to select: This selects lines / sentences.  
(while double click only selects the word under the cursor).

In many cases you can of course select text by clicking and dragging.  
And indeed, in the messages it still works by clicking the mouse several times. Thanks for the tip!
