# Can Homey connect to bluetooth supported device without app?

I use this Micro matic device to turn on my pool pump/heater for specific hours each day: [Ur MM7596 Astro Uke 2K BT](https://www.micromatic.no/produkt/ur-mm7596-astro-uke-2k-bt--96290?code=LA1049BT)

It supports bluetooth (with it’s own app), however no Homey app seems to exist.

Is it possible to pair the device with Homey without an app? I only need to turn on/off.

You can create a request for an app however, but chances are low imho
