Hope your wife is fine!
I have updated my Button+ to firmware 2.0.0 but now my leds are not working anymore. I have tried a downgrade but nothing of the leds is working anymore. (I have upgraded back now to 2.0.0)

There is a test version of the app in the store which has some support for v2 firmware. I am still working on the button pages feature but everything else should work.

My LEDs are only working when selected BOTH in fw2 and app 0.6. When selected only FRONT or WALL they are off.

Unfortunately the led lights are not working anymore after the latest B+ homey update. I’m still use the B+ firmware 1.13.2 is that why the LEDs are not working anymore?

Strange, I’m sure they were still working for me. I have one Button + on 1.13.3 and another on 2.0.0, so I can check both.
Maybe it’s version 1.13.2 that’s causing an issue.

I identify the problem. By the card that you can choose the location of the led lights is the option “both” not working. “Wall” or “front” is working, I have in my configuration all "both’ so that’s why I have the problem.
I updated now to firmware v2.0, and that go well. Hope you can find the led problem now 🙂 🤞

Same here for me. “Both” is not working.
My setup is a Button+ with three button bars. Button+ firmware is 2.0 and I have the Homey app 0.6 test installed.

I’m in the process of a major update of the app so it’s will be compatible with multiple button pages. Hopefully, some of the other issues will be fixed as well.

Just my first impressions with 0.7.3 app and latest 1.13.3 firmware (not 2.x firmware!)
- Buttons no longer update. (error below)
- Diagnostic log cannot be send. I get an error.
Do I need the latest firmware to use the latest app version? (I would like to stay with 1.13.x)
Thanks again for your time!
Whoops; and reverting back to latest stable makes it impossible to edit settings. Give me an error when opening the app setting page. (This screenshot is from app 0.5.10)

Hmm, I tested it with firmware 1.13.3 as I deliberately kept one of my Button + units on that version.
Strange the message is “Firmware undefined…”, which suggests it’s failed to read the version number from the configuration.
Could you try again and then copy the log and paste it into a text file and email it to me.

I think I have worked out the Firmware undefined issue: I think you are running the Flow too soon after the app starts. I have added a delay between the app starting and configuring the Button + modules so that other apps have time to start up when Homey is rebooted, in the hope that any capabilities assigned are ready to go. the delay is between 30 to 60 seconds, so make sure you wait until that has happened before running the Flow.

Thank you so much for all your time and help!
I tried the latest test version this morning. Unfortunately, all the buttons remain ‘empty’
How I configured:
All buttons have an on and off status. However, the text for both is ‘Loading…’ the led color I do use. With flow cards I overwrite the button text. This way they remain flexible and I also see it immediately if something goes wrong. Any idea what to do? I sent a diag log this morning this is working again 👍👍
Ps. When reverting back to latest stable everything is working instantly. The latest test version is also not working 30 min after updating or after restarting the app.
Edit:
Found the issue. In the latest test version of the app is it not possible to change text on a button. The flow cards are executed without returning an error. But nothing is updated on the button+. (With firmware 1.13.3 and 2.0)

My Button+ is totally ‘black’ since 0.7.5 ☹ Using “Repair”, it quickly flashes the display and the button labels/texts but then black again…

I had the same, but changing the broker to another one and back to the original fixed it.
From all my button configurations the name is gone and I can’t add/save a new one which makes it hard to identify when using in flows

I had the same. ‘Solution’ here was:
1. Power cycle button+
2. Open web interface of the button+ and downgrade to 1.13.3
3. After installing the firmware re-apply the config.
Most of it seems to work again now. Since the super update last evening the button+ button text updates also work again. Only thing not working yet (as far as I know now) is loading the correct back led state while changing a button config. When change state of a button to off → on again the led color is correct.
Maybe that this is my fault or an bug somewhere?
Thanks for all the time and work put into the app to make it work properly with the 2.x firmware!
