# Bringing Aqara sub-devices into Homey using Homekit integration

Hello guys,
As you know, some devices can be directly connected to Homey through the Aqara-related app, and some devices connected to the Aqara hub can be brought into Homey via the Matter connection.
However, not all devices can be brought in, so I am forced to use Home Assistant together.
In Home Assistant, it’s possible to bring in all the sub-devices by using the method of connecting the Aqara hub to HomeKit. It would be great if there were an app in Homey that could bring in all devices in a similar way.

Hello robertklep, thank you for your interest!
I’ve tried to connect with Homekit controller app before.
When I tried to connect via Homekit controller, it shows many devices but I can’t control them.
Are you able to control the devices you brought in with the Homekit controller app?
If so, I’ll try again.

I don’t use that app (or Homey) but that’s the only app that is available to access devices through HomeKit. If it doesn’t work, you can ask for help [in the app thread](https://community.homey.app/t/app-pro-homekit-controller-voor-homey-nl/93007).
