Nein.  
Homey ist keine Kamerazentrale und kann keine bewegten Bilder darstellen. Maximal können kompatible Kameras, Snapshoots per ONVIF übertragen, bzw. einige Kameramodelle können eine Bewegungserkennung an Homey weiter leiten.
