# Bluetooth + Media Apps

Hi Team,

How do you enable Bluetooth on Homey? All the advertising says Bluetooth is supported. Or Do i need an app that is supported which will enable the bluetooth functionality?

For all things you want to add you need an app. Also for bluetooth devices. check [apps.athom.com](http://apps.athom.com) if you’re device is supported yet.

You need an App that uses the Bluetooth LE

fe these two use BLE:

[https://apps.athom.com/app/com.mi.flora](https://apps.athom.com/app/com.mi.flora)

Generic Bluetooth and Bluetooth Audio is not implemented an probably never will with the change on Music ([https://blog.athom.com/take-speech-music/](https://blog.athom.com/take-speech-music/)) as many other system are far better on Audio and easily available. (vs limited functionality on Bluetooth short range.)

They pick up the Flic signal, good thing! Just nothing I can do with it 😉
