# Aterno Heater - Radio controlled

Besides 868MHz _z-wave_ devices, it’s not possible to use RF 868MHz devices on post-2019 models

Only the 2016-2019 series (the white spheres) have a RF 868MHz radio built in, but in reality it turned out to be not usable.
