…or you post some more information about your issues so other people can make an informed suggestion about your problems, instead of having to guess.

Sorry I have to ask, but my crystal ball is having some issues today:

- Are you getting any errors? If yes: what are they, exactly?
- Does the device still work with its official iOS/Android app?
- Has anything changed in your home network/setup recently?
- Have you read [the official forum thread](https://community.homey.app/t/atag-one-app/7005)?
- Why are you not posting your question in the aforementioned thread?
