I want to use an external temperature sensor with aqara smart radiator termostat but the setting is not accepted. The termostat will no not use the external sensor when I change the setting What can be wrong ---

To understand your problem a bit more Information would be helpful. How did you „pair“ the two devices? What setup are you using, … ---

Hello The Homey Brigde are connected to the Aqara smart radiator termostat and Aqara temperature sensor. Hello I redtarted the homey from the web link. No changes. I see that the device should use external sensor buu I still get the same error message. How can I restart only the Aqara app? Best Regards Morten Liane ---

Hi Morten, After checking my howto below, I discovered there is no such thing as restarting apps on Homey Cloud. The best next thing would be installing the app again, via the [app store](https://homey.app/en-nl/app/com.xiaomi-mi/Aqara/), _ **without** _ removing the installed app. It’ll function like an app restart. * * * Original text, which is valid for Homey Pro models: Mobile app: - Tap on More (…) → Apps to get an overview of all currently installed apps - Tap the Aqara app tile - Tap the cogwheel - Tap Restart App Web app: - Tap the cogwheel bottom-left - Tap Aqara app entry - Tap Restart in the appearing app screen ---

No changes after reinstall the app and restart the homey Bridge. ---

Hello Is it ant differanse bwrween Homey pro or Bridge. I use Homey Bridge. It does not work to inkluder external sensors. Mvh Morten Liane ---

That doesn’t interest me! The only thing I care about is a solution! You can’t find any contact person who takes care of this — not through the Aqara site here, nor directly through the developer… It seems nobody cares that a function was implemented which keeps getting reset all the time! ---

i know but i asked that question a hundred times here !!! nobody cares …. and iam really fu\*\*ed up because of this @Morten, the setting worked fine …. for a while. stupid question … you saved that change after you put external sensor ? ;D ---

Well… when you put it like that, no one would respond of course. I’d suggest to describe your issue as clear as possible, not accompanied by nagging or complaining or drama queening, and you probably get a response. i did this already several times via official aqara seite, PN the dev , here in the forum,…. n-o-b-o-d-y cares ….. seems like …. it worked for a while and then for no reaseon in reverts back to internal but configuration stays at external temp sensor …. giving an error message when flowcard will set exytternal temp that it cannot be set becauise the thermostate is set to internal which is not true … so i have to redo ALL temp configurations back to internal → SAVE go back and set to external → save … and then it works for days, weeks month till next reset ….
