Yes, this workaround resolves the blocking issue to have the Aqara T1 sensors reporting data; it actually works. BUT this work around only has been released on the v10 software version that is released to HP2023 and NOT to the v10 software release for the older Homey systems. AND Homey apps SDK only allows a numeric software depend…

Hello.
I bought a pair of Aqara single switch T1 (with neutral) on Black Friday and I can’t pair them to my Homey Pro 23. I get an error message that it’s taking too long time and that Homey can’t find the device. I bought two exactly the same just a month before and these connected to the Homey without any problem of any kind. I have also tried the test version of the Aqara app that is out now with no luck. Does anyone have any idea of a solution to get these into the Homey Pro 23? It says both in the app itself and on the app download page that Homey should support this device. Something it did with my first two switches.

Same since HP23 they work great with the older homey’s and with other zigbee usb sticks via HA.

Yes, it is quite frustrating when it appears in the app that these are supported in Homey, and that in addition a month earlier I bought two exactly the same and they went straight into Homey without any problem. I also think it’s strange if there was something wrong with them that it applies to both of the two I bought recently, I would have understood if one of them wouldn’t allow itself to be paired to the Homey.
I use Homey pro 23 and I have allready two Aqara single switch T1 ( with neutral ) installed without any problems, so there must be a bug somewhere.

Changed to HP23, and had same issue after pairing approx 25 Single Switch T1 (with neutral) (need to pair approx 40 in total). Frustrating.

Problem seems to relate to time-out too short as Zigbee network becomes larger.

Workaround was to turn off power to some of the already paired devices on main switchboard, and then pair the additional devices. When paired, I
turned power back on for all devices, and they all work fine. Hope useful.

Hello to all

I have the same problem as Hammervoll

> Some funky behaviour on my Single Switch Module T1 (With Neutral). Running the latest 1.8.2 of the app. Noticed this was an issue earlier, but can’t find a solution.

I see that this issue has resolvable by removed the metering converter.

Ask the app developer. Converters are a specific zigbee2mqtt thing, so that solution doesn’t apply to Homey.
