Hi Folks

I am currently contemplating to buy a Homey Pro (mini?) and migrate away from HomeAssistant to a more battery included solution.

For me, it has been very hard to find out if and how well the Aqara H2 switches are supported on homey. I have a double digit amount in the walls and it would be a buy or not buy decision based on this.

Anyone has experience? I would like to use the Zigbee mode and all buttons should work alongside power measurement.

In case this is not supported yet - is there a way to extend Zigbee support for those devices? I am a developer and would be able to contribute, just never worked with the homey SDKs.

Cheers

Matthias

Same situation here, looking into the homey pro/mini but if these switches are not even supported, then what’s the point. Would be just another hub.

Just added the H2 via the Aqara app.

No support for operating the Bottom Buttons via Homey?

Anyone had success in decoupled mode? I tried with a H2 Dimmer Switch connected to Philips Hue bulbs, but the device does not trigger On/Off nor dimmer rotation flags?

Follow this.
Not interested to purchase these switches if the bottom buttons isn’t supported.

Yes there is. The bottom buttons trigger flow based on 1x, 2x, hold and release actions based on a dedicated trigger card.

See my comment in [[APP] Aqara & Xiaomi Smart Home - Simplify your life with a smarter home - #7006 by TedTolboom](https://community.homey.app/t/app-aqara-xiaomi-smart-home-simplify-your-life-with-a-smarter-home/156/7006)

When in decoupled mode, the onoff / dim trigger cards don’t work, as the relay is decoupled. You need to use the mentioned trigger cards to control other devices. E.g. When button has been pressed 1x, Then toggle the Hue light bulb.

Dimming function will also be possible by using the rotation report token cards. There are several examples mentioned in this forum how to setup that flow.

Can I control the blue led? To mimic on/off position?

Do you know how this is done?
I only see the two buttons in the Aqara App and they dont have any values for the third / fourth bottom buttons, its a double for reference.

So, the conclusion is then that there is no support for the two bottom buttons?

The multi-function is only available in the Trigger card. But it is not available in the AND and THEN card. So if Trigger card is activated by a Hue light, I cannot switch the H2 switch on/off.

In multi-function mode, the bottom LED of the H2 switch does not work. The H2 switch button in the Homey app does not work as well

For H1 switch, I can see 2 buttons, Left and Right. For H2 switch, I can only see 1 button, which is the top relay button. Can the bottom wireless button be separated as a separate button like the H1 switch? This is a cleaner way of implementation.

I am using Homey (Early 2019)

**H2 EU decoupled buttons not triggering Flows in Homey Pro Mini (Zigbee)**

Hi,

I have an Aqara Light Switch H2 EU connected via Zigbee directly to Homey Pro Mini. The switch has 4 buttons — 2 coupled (controlling the relay) and 2 decoupled (wireless mode).

**Problem:** The decoupled buttons do not send any event to Homey. When I press a decoupled button:

- Nothing appears in the Flow history

- Nothing changes in the device card in Homey

- The Flow does not trigger

**What works:**

- The coupled relay buttons work correctly

- If I run the Flow manually via software it executes fine

- The Flow logic is correct (When decoupled button pressed → Then turn off relay 1 and relay 2)

**Setup:**

- Device: Aqara Light Switch H2 EU

- Hub: Homey Pro Mini

- Protocol: Zigbee (direct, no Aqara hub)

- Flow structure: When → And (condition) → Then

Is there a known fix or workaround for this? Thanks in advance.
