No, you don’t have to.

Just follow exactly this description:

> Project started as a way to include the Aqara FP2-sensor via Homekit into Homey. App is now more generic, many services and capabilities are supported. If you encounter problems, please PM me a short note and a copy of the log where you add the device. Generic procedure to add a device. Add your Homekit capable device to the app that came with the device and configure it. If added with iOS device, remove the device from the iOS Home app, a device only can have one controller. I will change the message, it is more of a warning that there is no corresponding Homey device for a Homekit device (yet).

He doesn’t mean anything, just another half baked promise tease

Athom really needs to cut this stuff and only announce new features when they are 100% happening, the development work has been done and they are a few days away from it becoming available.

I am so tired of seeing this drip feed incompetance.

Is this normal?

The white part is outside the room, is it not possible to define /fillup the white space with actual room size?

Is is alos possible to define spaces where the sensr should not respond, so ignore spaces, when motion is detect in that zone/space the sensor does not send a notification…

No I have reguarly have to set an interferance source (as also now in the screenshot) i use the sensor now for almost 1 year and still reguarly I have interferrance or false reports.

Since a day one of my FP2’s stopped working. The one I set-up as sleep sensor still does work. But I have one set-up in my living which detects several zones. This device stopped working suddenly and also a repair via HomeKit Controller gives errors. It still works perfect on the native Aqara app. So the only thing left to do is remove it from Homey and add it again I guess?
