# Aqara Fenster und Türkontakt - Hilfe

Hi Razfaz,

Aqara-Sensoren kollidieren, meiner Meinung nach immer, noch mit bestimmten Ikea-Zigbee-Lampen.  
Das Zigbee-Netzwerk ist dynamisch, und sobald ein Aqara-Sensor eine solche Ikea-Lampe als Hop verwendet, hört er auf, Daten zu senden und nach einem besseren Router zu suchen.

Wenn du tatsächlich Ikea-Zigbee-Lampen auf Homey hast, probier mal aus, sie zu entfernen oder gegen eine andere Marke auszutauschen.  
Wenn es (zu) viele sind, würde ich die Aqaras verkaufen (oder optional: Zigbee2mqtt installieren und als Zigbee-Controller verwenden).
