# Apps Unexpectedly Stop Working

Hi all

After some days of good usage, some of my apps have stopped working (and have done so for over a day now). I’m using the app version 6.11.5.956 and have not experienced these issues before.

Any tips/tricks to get this up and running again?

I read posts of users saying this app grows and grows in memory over time. So restart the app every x hours should make a difference.  
And contact the app maker, while restarting is a workaround:
