Mine works perfectly now. All I had to do was restart the app and now it updates the status of the lock. ---

Has anyone experienced the Yale Home not accepting their email or password whilst setting up on Homey? Keeps stating that either the email address or password is invalid even though it’s not thus not allowing me to add my Yale products. Any help would be appreciated - thanks. ---

Hi! Can the Yale app trigger flows based on who unlocks the door? For example if the cleaner opens the it turns on all the lights? They have their own code in Doorman L3. When i create the flow I cant select a user but it is shown only as a tag or something ---

Yes, use the source tag in the And card “if source contains cleaner” or similar. ---

I’m about to get a Yale Doorman L3S. Do I have to get the ConnectX WiFi bridge in order to open the door via internet/ when not at home, or can I connect, and control it directly from my Homey Pro? ---

Hi Jari, Thanks for your reply. The lock is not locked so I guessed I only need to open. But yes I tried open, unlock and also both together. Lock is not responding to the flow… Other tips are welcome! ---

You have some type of mechanism in the door that would physically open the door? Because in my understanding Yale open option refers to the doorsense and it just informs the lock when the door is ajar. How does the lock open the door physically? Just asking because I have the same lock. ---

The outside only has a bar, no handle. So I really need the lock to completely open to be able to open the door. ---

Hello, I’ve just bought a new smart lock, Yale Linus L2, together with the Smart Keypad 2. The keypad offers the option to ring the bell, but there is no condition for “when the bell is ringing” in the Yale app. Do you have any idea how I can play a sound on my Sonos speakers when someone presses the ring button on my Yale Keypad 2? Thanks in advance for your help. ---

Yes, now I found the card. To make sure the WHEN card does not trigger, add a time line card direct after the WHEN card. In that case, contact the developer. ---

So the app’s description states is is there,but you don’t see it when you make a flow? In that case, contact the developer. ---

Yeah, that’s exactly the issue. I am in touch with developer already and they will investigate it. Currently it seems like it is not supported yet as it is quite new device.
