# App x-sense

Hello,  
Would it be possible to develop a new app to support **X-Sense** smoke and carbon monoxide detectors?  
I have already submitted a request to Homey, but I’m concerned they might direct me to ask the community instead.

I’m a little bit confused, like @Peter_Kawa I guess, because **X-Sense** isn’t listed on the “[Request a Brand](https://request-a-brand.homey.app/boards/request-a-brand)” page. But I know from my own experience that Athom deletes some requests from the list, for whatever reason.

Btw, the _ **Apps** _ category is intended for discussions about Apps, which are already available in the App Store, not for requests:

Good to know. I always assumed when there’s no request for “Blah”, no one has requested.
