Are you planning on adding long press to the wireless switch with 2 relays ?

Hi,

I’m a professional Homey installer and I’ve just deployed a **Schneider Electric Wiser outdoor motion + luminosity sensor** (commercial ref: **CCT564119** ) with a Homey Pro 2023.

The device pairs successfully over Zigbee but is only recognized as a **generic Zigbee device** — it is not picked up by the Wiser app. As a result, I lose all state feedback (motion detection, lux level), which is critical for this type of device.

Here are the Zigbee identifiers as shown by Homey:

> **modelId:** `W564100` **manufacturerName:** `Schneider Electric` _(to be confirmed — I’ll update if different)_

Technically, this sensor uses the **IAS Zone cluster (0x0500)** for motion reporting and the **Illuminance Measurement cluster (0x0400)** for lux. Without proper IAS CIE enrollment, Homey never receives the motion alerts.

Would it be possible to add support for this modelId (`W564100`) in a future update? The device is Zigbee 3.0 certified and should be straightforward to integrate.

Happy to provide any additional technical details, logs, or run tests if needed.

Thanks a lot for your work on this app!

_Romain_

Has any of you integrated 230V Wiser smoke alarms, such as 550B1028 and CCT599503? Seems like only the battery smoke alarms are mentioned on the compatability list. I have around 10 of these devices, so I am curious to know, if they work in Homey before removing them from the native Wiser hub.

I’d like to connect the THG\_CCTFR6710 micromodule to control the electric radiators, but I see that it’s not on the list. Is it possible to add it?

Hi

I’m using Wiser Zigbee dimmers (Homey Pro) with a Wiser
battery-powered wall switch, and currently have to build
hold-to-dim flows using Chronograph + relative dim steps
as a workaround.

The hardware chain already works:

- Wall switch correctly sends “held” and “released”
events to Homey
- Wiser dimmer hardware supports Zigbee Level Control
Move/Stop natively
- Only missing piece: the Wiser Homey app doesn’t expose
Move/Stop as Flow actions

These commands are designed exactly for hold-to-dim:

- Move: continuously dim up/down at a set rate
- Stop: freeze at current level when button is released

This would give buttery smooth dimming without any
polling or workaround flows.

Would it be possible to expose these commands as Flow
actions in the Wiser app?

Thanks!
