Do not add it to the developer platform. Add it to the Smartlife app using [these](https://community.homey.app/t/howto-migrate-your-devices-between-tuya-based-apps/147280#p-683973-adding-devices-to-the-other-app-6) instructions and then add it to the official Tuya app for Homey.
