I see you have the enabled the CoIoT setting but the CoIoT peer settings field is empty. Disable the CoIoT through the Web Ui of the device and try paring it again in Homey. If it still times out, please send me a diagnostic report afterwards. ---

I had the same with adding a Shelly 1PM plus!! But out of total frustration of trying everything I was clicking multiple times in the middle on the white ‘select icon’ screen (Homey web app in the browser), and suddenly my Shelly 1PM Plus was added! ---

Could you try the following. Acces the Web Ui of the device. Enable CoIoT and as CoIoT add the following `yourhomeyip:5683` where you replace yourhomeyip with the actual IP address of your Homey. Then try to pair again. ---

As mentioned as response to your diagnostic report. Your network or Homey’s networking stack seems to be a mess. There are numerous unreachable errors and timeouts in the log, nothing related to the pairing though but it does not suprise me you are having issues. You also seem to have disabled CoAp traffic from the app settings. Unless you really know what you are doing this is not a good plan, make sure the checkbox is ticked. With the suiggestion above and the suggestion to look into your network there is nothing more I can do for you. This is not an issue with the code. ---

I have installed a PlusAddon with 5 DS18B20 sensors. In the device I see all 5 but in Homey I only see 3. What do I wrong or is this an bug? ---

Just a noob question, can I install Shelly cloud on a Homey Pro? I have a shelly at a remote house which I want to monitor. Is there a way to do this? I used a (free) Homey cloud account before, but now logic is not available anymore for free ---

Hello, I am a French user of your application. She is awesome. I am installing shelly 2PM. With version 3.17.0 I was stuck at the “select icons” step, then with version 3.17.1 it worked perfectly… and with version 3.17.2 I have the problem again. Yet the firmware is up to date on the new module… Could this be related to the update? Or should I continue to dig on my side? Thank you again for your work ---
