Hi all,

I’ve been working on bringing the **Sensy-One S1 Pro Multi Sense** to Homey and wanted to show where it stands.

The S1 Pro is a compact mmWave presence sensor (Hi-Link LD2450 radar that tracks up to 3 people with their positions) with a BME688, an SCD40 CO₂ sensor and an LTR390 light sensor. Out of the box it only works with Home Assistant. I now have it running as a native Homey device.

### What it can do so far

- **Presence that also works when you sit still** , exposed as `alarm_motion`, so Homey zone activity works too. Plus movement and the number of people in the room
- **Air quality and climate** : temperature, humidity, CO₂, air quality (IAQ), pressure, lux and UV
- **Zones** : up to 3 zones plus an exclusion zone. Every zone you draw gets its own presence, movement and people capabilities
- **Zone editor in Homey** : you see people moving live on a top-down map, tap to place the corners of a zone and drag them to adjust
- **Dashboard widget** with a live radar view: people as moving dots, zones light up on presence and movement
- **Flow cards** , for example “someone entered zone 1”, “zone 2 became empty”, “movement started in zone 3”, “number of people is above 1”
- Finds the sensor automatically on the network and follows it when its IP address changes

### How it works

The app talks directly to the sensor over the ESPHome native API on the local network. No Home Assistant, no MQTT broker, no cloud.

The sensor runs a slightly adjusted firmware, based on Sensy-One’s own config. On the ESP32-C3 the original firmware ran out of memory in my setup, which caused drop-outs. Removing the Bluetooth stack and a few other things made it stable.

### Status

Work in progress and running daily in my own home. It’s an unofficial community project, not affiliated with Sensy-One.

**I’ll be looking for testers later.** If you own an S1 Pro and a Homey Pro and would like to help, reply here and I’ll get back to you when it’s ready.

Feedback and ideas are welcome in the meantime!

Great! My 2 S1’s are already connected! Now both on HA and on Homey.
