I have a Homey Pro 2023 and want to export to a prometheus database running in my Grafana cloud account. I assume this is possible?
How do I configure [prometheus.io](http://prometheus.io) on my Homey to send metrics to this database?

Look into Prometheus remote write.

You will need a local Prometheus server that can scrape the metrics and write to the target Grafana Cloud instance
