Connect your Zendure home battery and P1 meter to Homey and keep track of your Zendure’s status without opening the Zendure app.

The app retrieves live information via LAN and not via internet, making your battery data available directly in Homey, without the need for internet !

Use the app to optimize your energy storage and creating smart Homey automations that respond to your Zendure’s state, helping you get the most from your stored energy.

Key features:

- No internet needed !
- Display state of charge
- Display input and output power
- Calculate round trip efficiency
- Set Low SoC (if not integrated in HEMS)
- Set output power (if not integrated in HEMS)
- In theorie suitable for any Zendure device

INSTALL

- Make sure your Zendure’s have a static IP address
- Add a new device via the app
- Select if you want to add a P1 meter or Battery
- if device(s) are not found automatically enter the IP-adres of the Zendure

Thanks for developing for the Homey platform!

How does this app differ from the already existing Zendure apps already available in the Homey App Store? Next to the official one there is already a local integration as well.

The official **Zendure** app is a joke. Just because it displays only the battery charge status in the device tile:

 ![image](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/0/4/045aaf26583652f35cedb80eb0268ad4fec2ba8c.jpeg)

That’s all…

This is what the **Zendure LAN** app provides:

Not perfect yet, but much better.

Even though the number of Flow cards doesn’t necessarily say anything about the quality of an app, here’s a comparison of the two apps anyway:

| No. of Flow cards | Zendure | Zendure LAN |
| --- | --- | --- |
| When… | 18 | 38 |
| And… | 3 | 1 |
| Then… | 5 | 3 |

With the exception of two Flow cards in the _ **When…** _ section (“The battery level changed”; “The battery charging state changed”), all Flow cards of the official **Zendure** app use the cards “becomes less/greater/equal.”

The **Zendure Local** app was something I had already installed back in April of this year. After a short while, I uninstalled it, commenting that it was “completely unpolished.” I can’t say, however, whether anything has changed since then.

For now, I’m going to leave the **Zendure LAN** app installed and give it a try. So far, I’ve integrated my SolarFlow into Home Assistant and connected it to Homey via the **Home Assistant Community** app.

Hardware:
Homey Pro 2026
Zendure SolarFlow 800 Pro + AB2000L extension battery

Thanks for the positive response !

I know it’s not perfect, but hey, it’s only version 0.0.3, so plenty of improvement versions left 🙃

I’m open for improvement requests, but I do this “just for fun” (and the fact that i’m also not satisfied with the existing apps which do not support my 3000AC at all).
Furthermore I’m just a hobby programmer (which is already a huge statement, but “AI is my friend” ) and I also have a day job, so please be patient and don’t expect an immediate response.

@Doekse, just see the post of DirkG 😉

So why not work together with the Zendure Local app developer to improve that one, the code is open source 😉
