**Hi everyone,** @Doekse ,

I’ve been running the WhatWatt Homey app for about a week now. see [Landis and Gyr Smart meter (model E450) and Homey dongle](https://community.homey.app/t/compatibility-between-landis-and-gyr-smart-meter-model-e450-and-homey-dongle/133455)
The device is connected via M-Bus to the L+G E450 and delivers stable data in both the manufacturer’s app and on their website.

In Homey, however, I’m experiencing dropouts:

- **Case a)** After an internet outage (router restart required).

- **Case b)** Without any obvious reason. This has become more reproducible since I created virtual devices for Phase 1, 2, and 3 (W).

Each time, restarting the WhatWatt app in Homey fixes the issue — but of course this isn’t ideal.

I also have some detailed charts:

1. Router restart

2. Created two Virtual Devices (using Device Capabilities)

3. Another router restart

4. “Random” data dropout

Why the Virtual Device? I created the virtual devices for Phase 1, 2, and 3 in order to:

- monitor the load on each phase separately,

- and have the separated total daily consumption for each.

Has anyone else seen this behavior, or found a way to keep the app stable without having to restart it manually?

Maybe [A script to check sensor last update](https://community.homey.app/t/a-script-to-check-sensor-last-update/63142)?

Thanks!
