@Helmut_Willems i understand, but without a report I can’t help you. Please follow this: If you find any **issues** , send a **report** via the mobile homey app > More - apps - Whatsapp - settings wheel right top - send diagnostic report (put your email in the input field to make it easier) ---

It works in the sense that it can be connected and that’s where it ends. Can send a message to a number (own) with 31xxxxxxx. It is sent but never arrives.
