version 2.1.0 is ready for testing:

- Fix + in messages
- Fix Signal
- Clearer error messages
- Telegram now needs a @username, with instructions when CallMeBot is not yet authorized
- Fix pairing FB Messenger with a device name
- Fix crash when deleting a device
- Updated settings page and translations

This fixes some issues and improves instructions due to changes in the callmebot webservice.
