I haven’t tried, but I think the flow card returns an image token you can use to send a image push notification (just like camera snapshots).

It’s available as a Tag as Ronny said 🙂

No idea, why. Try 1.4.9, it shouldn’t crash anymore on startup. Your Location is working fine for me (all values)

Hi spkesDE,
I installed Weather by OpenMeteo on my HOMEY Pro2023 (11.1.2) two days ago. I do have version 1.4.9 of the application. However, I am not receiving any information, as you can see in the attached screenshot. I have some doubts about the settings of my routing equipment: UniFi UDM Pro, which allows me to block internet access from different countries. In which country are the servers required for the application located? I should mention that I live in France. Thank you for your contribution and help.

As you already was expediting it can’t reach the [open-meteo.com](http://open-meteo.com) servers. I think the servers are hosted at Hetzner in Germany.

Well this is the IPv6. And IPv4 should be based on my ping `188.40.99.226`.
Or use the DNS entry `api.open-meteo.com`

Hello everyone,

I’m currently facing an issue with the “Weather by Open Meteo” app on Homey Pro, and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced the same problem. Everything seems straightforward: the cards are clear, and the settings seem to be correctly configured.

However, even the most basic automations aren’t working. For example, I created a card to receive a notification when the temperature drops below 12 degrees. In practice, no matter what card or event I set up, nothing ever happens — I don’t receive any notifications.

The weather information is displayed correctly, but it feels like nothing actually triggers the intended actions. To be clear, I do receive notifications from all my other apps, so the issue seems specific to "Weather by Open Meteo

If anyone has an idea of what might be wrong or suggestions on how to fix this, I would greatly appreciate your help!

Thank you very much in advance.

Hi @shahine ,
can you share a flow example, that does not work? Then we can check and even rebuild the issue.
Not always, but very often it is just a misconception of the logic behind the cards and their treatment in Homey Pro.

I am attaching an example of a truly basic flow, which will give you a better idea of how to set it up.

Thank you @shahine ,
That looks quite straight forward.
Now we have to wait , until the first event is triggered. Probably it will be the angle of wind.
I’ll be back! 🤣 😂 🤣 😂

Hi @shahine ,
It seems that the meteo cards work well.
Here is my flow
![meteo-test adv flow homey pro 2023](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/1/c/1ca3ee21a1aeaa7ee53987d4e95e66ba3bd140f8.png)
Instead of push notification I just set a variable that I can follow up by Insight.
And here the first result in Insight.

 ![Meteo Paris](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex025/uploads/athom/original/3X/1/0/103e490514f83a6e459af205af3a60c2d0c2215b.png)
Unfortunately the resolution of my screen is not high enough to see five insights charts properly. But I guess you can see.
Some value changed, but only the angle of wind event fires as the other ones did not cross the lines (in the right direction). So maybe we will see more tomorrow.
Did you get the event?
If not, does you push notification work?
Do you see the changes in Insight as well?

</div>

Oh yes, your flow is definitely much less basic than mine…

For the first time, I just received a notification related to the wind, but for example, I’ve set a probability of precipitation at 15%, and it’s currently at 88%, yet I’m not receiving any notification. Only the wind seems to be working, which isn’t really useful in Paris, Lol

As for the other values, they do seem to change, but only the wind-related notifications are firing.

OK, that is a common misinterpretation of the card.
You ask to do something, when the _probability of precipitation_ **becomes** greater than 15%.
And now it **is** greater. But the cards only fires, when the value **was lower** than 15% and **increases to above** 15%.
Otherwise you would have had notifications every second, which is not intended I guess.
So I guess you just have to wait some time until the probability decreased below 15% and increased again, or you have to adjust the flow to your expectations.
You just have to be careful, what you ask for. Usually you get, what you write down, not what you mean to write down.

Thank you very much for the explanation, it’s so much clearer now! I understand the principle much better, and it’s indeed obvious once explained. I must admit, I feel almost embarrassed about the initial confusion.

I will adjust my flow according to what you’ve specified, and I’ll make sure to properly formulate my requests to get the desired result. Thanks again for your patience and insight!
