Hi there.

I just got the Homey Pro and therefore also new this community.

Whenever I try to login I get this error message:

Is there anyone who can please help me?

after 6 days without connection, yesterday my car got connected again to Homey Pro…

And flows got me notifications about the battery level!

strangely, my battery now updates, but climatization does not work in the morning. Need to check my flows as well to be sure

Would it be an idea to contact the developers in Tibber, and ask if they could introduce you to the VAG developers? Tibber seems to have an official integration with VW and other car systems.

The app is great. I get a lot of information about my car from Homey notifications that is it not possible to get the oficial Seat app. And additionally, I can do things that I cannot understand how it cannot be done in the oficial app. How can it be that I cannot set the high voltage battery to be charged till 80%??? Fortunately I can do it by Homey flows thanks to this app.

I found a funny “bug”. As the car did not connect to Homey during some days, I created a flow to know when the car connection is lost. When the high voltage battery is at 100%, the “Connected” info appears as “No”. Once I open an move the car some meters and the battery goes down to 99%, “Connected” becomes again as “yes”

I do not really understand here. 17 days ago my connection stopped to VW ID.7. When I read here it seems like it is working for some but also trouble so the app might be stopped. Can someone clarify?

So currently no support until further notice. Might be that it works for some and not for others, but i’m not spending time on investations anymore unless we get a proper cooperation with VAG/Cariad

Please check first if app restart will not solve it,then 2nd try to login on VW pages - https://vwid.vwgroup.io/, it might ask you to agree again with data processing and if you will get popup, after agreement restart the Homey VW app again… and if all of this fails, then it’s as Martijn wrote.
