Currently not. I don’t own that device and there are no captured packages yet. So we don’t know how the device works. ---

I saw there was an update regarding logins. After the update my core 600 no longer was functioning with HomeyPro. I removed the device and when I attempted to add it back when I logged in with my credentials it gives an error message “Could Not Login” ---

The VeSync app was updated today (October 26th), and I’m am also no longer able to control my Core400s via Homey. Per app instructions, I validated that two-factor authentication was off. Attempt to login and get a response from the my.homey.app that simply says, “could not login”. Deleted the VeSync app and attempted to re-add my Core400s and get the same response (i.e., “could not login”). Noticed that the change log for today’s update says, “Fix cross-region login failing with an expired auth code”, so the update was apparently login related–though the problem I’m experiencing should have nothing to do with an auto code. ---

Looks like VeSync changed something on the login flow again… I added a legecy login mode (the old v1 login, that doenst work on regional accounts) I’ll look into the issue ---

Hi All, Since the update to version 1.0.33, I haven’t been able to access the Core 300s device. I suspect the update is the cause. ---

I’ve updated to 1.0.34 but the problem still persists but still getting login failures like everyone else. Tried repairing the device and get “Could not login”. I’ve double checked my Vesync account and 2FA is off. ---

This is a issue because VeSync changed stuff. Even before .31 this issue persists. I’ll try to debug this, but it’s quite hard since everything is encrypted ---

Since you have a regional account. Legacy login doesn’t work with regionals accounts ---

But you would need to readd all devices to your account again.~~ **Not needed anymore, see Edit2.** Edit: Found an issue, currently testing the fix Edit2: Quick update on the login issue (“login temporary auth code expired”): I found the cause. VeSync changed something on their end on Oct 26, which caused logins from the Homey app to be rejected. It’s fixed now and the update will be out in the next few minutes (v1.0.35+). After that everything should work again. If not, just log in once more in the app settings ---
