I have the same camera configuration (it’s not allowed to take pictures when the alarm is disarmed), and it works perfectly. Can you check what you have in a log file (on the plugin page in the settings)?

I also added a more clear explanation of the error into the next build (2.2.0).

The added explanation in version 2.2 made it clear what the issue was: I´m using a restricted Verisure user for Homey. I will consider changing it, but for now this is functionality I can live without.

Giving Homey admin rights to Verisure doesnt sit right with me 🙂

That was my first idea (account limitations), so I made it clear for everyone who’s having the same issue 😉
