Hi @RayCokes,

Thanks, and good to be back!

Your screenshot actually tells me quite a bit. The device was added and even picked up its model name (“Ugreen NAS iDX6011 Pro”), and that name comes straight from the NAS — so the login itself is working fine. What’s failing is only the system statistics call, which is why every value shows “-”.

The most common cause for exactly this symptom is the account type: UGOS only lets administrator accounts read CPU/memory/disk statistics over the local API. A regular user can log in perfectly well — you simply get no data back, and no error either. @Tom_ten_Den had the identical symptom earlier in this topic, and that turned out to be the cause.

So the first thing worth checking: is the account you used a local admin account on the NAS (Control Panel \> Users), rather than a standard user or a UGREEN cloud login? If it isn’t, create one with administrator rights, then use Device settings \> Repair in the new test version to sign in with it — that way you keep your device, Flows and Insights history instead of removing and re-adding it.

If it already is an admin account, then your iDX6011 Pro is likely reporting its statistics in a different format — it’s from UGREEN’s newest series and newer than anything this app has been tested against. In that case I’d like to see what it actually returns: could you create a diagnostic report (Homey app: Settings \> Apps \> Ugreen NAS \> Create diagnostic report) and post the ID here? Also, which version are you on — the stable one from the store, or the test version v1.3.5?

Either way, I’ll change the app so a situation like this shows you a clear message instead of silent dashes.

It’s a local account just for homey, with admin right to test. Rather not have it admin rights. But it’s for the testing.
Repair does not work unfortunately
