I have accactly the same problem, after ~5m the app stops working. Only restarting the app helps ---

Same problem for me - unifi Cloud Key2 plus Works fine and after a few minutes it crashes. Update: I have 2 Homeys, the original and the Pro. I came here for the obvious reasons I could not get the configuration working. Scratching my head and reading several posts and trying a bunch of stuff… Only because that damn checkbox is not a box but just a check mark. Come on, make the “unifios device” checkbox a bit more clear that it is actually something needed to click. I just read the label and made sure my port was 443. ---

I’ve noticed that the card trigger “Wifi Connection Lost” or “Connection Lost” takes a very long time to trigger. When i disable my wifi for example my phone: - I see in the debug almost instant that my phone has disconnected. See below. - The device connection status is almost instant set to no - When I run the flow manually it works instant. I don’t understand why it take minutes to trigger the disconnect card ☹ Has anyone else experience this?
