Yes, same here. restart app fixes it for a day but then it starts all over again. Can i revert to previous version or try a new beta to see if that impoves it?

I have to look at the unstable problem, please send crash report when you encounter it.

@runner780 and @Hugo, I have received the reports. There is a new version in test channel. I have added more logging and hopefully a fix for the crashes. If you still encounter the crashes, please create new crash reports.

There is a new version in test channel. In both crash reports, there is a strange error coming from the cloud API instead of a status message. This resulted in a crash, despite the error handling already in place. I changed the error handling and hopefully this fixes the crash. It’s hard to find because my version is stable and I’ve never seen the error before. If you are still seeing the crashes, please create new crash reports.

@runner780, sorry to hear it’s not solved yet. I have to investigate why it’s still not working for you. In mean time, till I fix the error, I suggest make flows to restart the app after crash and if nessary schedule a restart every night.

Hi, i installed the tuya cloud app and also configured it. But i can t find my light via add device (tuya cloud). In the smart life app i can see and control the light. I created a diagnostic print (889363cd-7057-4055-aa74-db6afacfa5c3) may you can have a quick look. (Btw i insalled also the experimental Version but still i can t find my lights) Thanks and BR from Germany

@Martin_Tschanun, according log, you should have received an error message that credentials are not correct.

Hi, there is no message about wrong credentials. Also I changed the password on smart life to a weak one but this is also not working. I Uninstaller it and installed it again. Still the same, 6c84d75a-f125-438c-8373-afd0449013e3

About country code is +49 correct?

Strong passwords should work, I have one myself. Country code 49 is germany and should be correct. But I have succeeded login’s with other countrycodes then the one I registrerd with. But Just to be sure I advise to set code correct. Below is the log. The JSON( line with brackets) message is direct response Tuya. So according log you are using incorrect credentials. If you use Smart Life app, you must select Smart Life as Business. If you are using Tuya app then you have to select Tuya for Business.
