# \[APP\]\[Pro\] Tuya Cloud - This app allows you to connect Homey to the Tuya cloud

Unfortunately not.  
The “official” [Tuya app](https://community.homey.app/t/app-tuya-connect-any-tuya-device-with-homey-by-tuya-inc-athom/106779) from Athom and the Tuya company had this type of login procedure, but the app continuation was fed to the seagulls after a relatively short time… they just left it as is …

I know, it’s great isn’t it! With Homey, unfortunately, you always have to install the devices piece by piece or by type.

For these kind of reasons, I would run Home Assistant [in parallel](https://community.homey.app/t/tutorial-pro-how-to-integrate-home-assistant-with-homey/92641) next to Homey.
