If your device can only connect as a generic Zigbee device, you should read the first post of [the relevant thread](https://community.homey.app/t/app-pro-tuya-zigbee-app/26439) on how to request support for it.

If the device doesn’t pair at all, you can ask in the aforementioned thread (the thread you’re posting in now is only for Tuya _WiFi_ devices) if anyone else has had similar issues and if they were able to solve them.
