Are you using the Tuya Cloud app for Homey or one of the other Tuya apps for Homey? In case of the former: is your Tuya IoT subscription still valid? It expires after half a year and requires renewal. If still valid, did you perhaps restrict access to your Tuya IoT project based on IP address (via the IP Allowlist), and your (external) IP address has changed? ---

Crossed my mind as well, but in these cases _all_ Tuya Cloud app devices become invalid. ---

Yes i tried it some time ago but i have some (i don’t know which once anymore, on the top of my head) devices that won’t work with that app. ---

That is right i do use the old one but with the new settings of Jurgen Heine. And i renewed my subscription last month, but as Peter says, then all of them would stop working. When i repair, or when i put my Homey pro 2023 back in factory settings and replace a backup, or replace the batteries. Everything works, but after a couple of hours always the same devices stop connecting with Homey. ---

Hallo, ich bräuchte bitte eure Hilfe. Ich habe das Problem, dass mein Diffuser in der Homey-App nicht gefunden wird. In der Tura-Handy-App ist der Diffuser bereits eingerichtet und funktioniert dort auch problemlos. Wenn ich in Homey nach dem Diffuser suche, wird er allerdings nicht angezeigt. Ich dachte eigentlich, dass alle Geräte, die in der Tura-App eingerichtet sind, auch über die Tura-Integration in Homey gefunden und eingebunden werden können. Ich habe auch schon versucht, nach anderen Geräten zu suchen. Dabei werden zwar andere Geräte gefunden, aber leider nicht der Diffuser. Könnt ihr mir bitte sagen, woran das liegen könnte und was ich machen muss, damit der Diffuser in Homey gefunden wird? Let’s stick to English Hello, I need your help, please. I have the problem that my diffuser is not found in the Homey app. In the Tura mobile phone app, the diffuser is already set up and works smoothly there. However, if I search for the diffuser in Homey, it won’t show up. I actually thought that all devices set up in the Tura app could also be found and integrated into Homey via Tura integration. I’ve also tried looking for other devices. Other devices are found, but unfortunately not the diffuser. Can you please tell me why this might be and what I need to do to get the diffuser found in Homey? Thank you for your help! ---
